What is Divination?
Divination, according to Britannia.com is the practice of determining the hidden significance or cause of events, sometimes foretelling the future, by various natural, psychological, and other techniques.
I have studied various forms of divination and often incorporate them into my energetic treatments. I enjoy closing my sessions off with a little bit of universal love and advise from time to time.
Tarot was one of the first modalities I fell in love with and use them in my own daily personal life.
Tarot/Oracle Card Readings
Tarot is a form of divination that I hold closely to my heart. It is not as serious as some make it out to be. This is something I am always reminding my clients, especially when the stereotypically ‘bad’ cards such as The Tower, falls out of the deck. Tarot is a fun way of taking a look within. It is definitely not a way to predict the future. I always remind myself to be present here, in the NOW before stressing over what is yet to arrive. There are certain things we cannot predict, let alone prevent. Tarot has the tendency to reawaken your own intuition through its script. You have many “Ah-Ha!” moments, as most of the answers you seek are already within you!
Pendulum Board Questions
This form of divination makes use of a pendulum to assist one in searching for guidance, providing insight into decision-making and strengthening your intuition. The pendulum acts as the link between board and soul/spirit, higher self, guides, whomever we wish to direct the question to. The words and symbols on the board give clarity - enabling us to state the exact, intended question. Using a pendulum board makes being able to see the direction the pendulum swings in, much easier. It also assists in phrasing clear and concise questions.
Charm Casting
Charm Casting is almost like a westernized version of Bone Throwing. It is a fun tool to use for divination, guidance and to gain deeper insight into a question or situation.
Similar to tarot or Oracle interpretations each charm, crystal or object has it owns unique meaning in relation to it’s fallen position on the board.
