Mindfulness is really quite simple. It is all about paying extraordinary attention to the ordinary in our lives. It is about slowing down and being fully engaged with all of our senses in the present moment.
We often become habitually lost in our thoughts or stuck in our heads, resulting in us disconnecting from our immediate environments, our bodies and feelings.
Having a mindfulness practice is a simple way to reconnect back with your body and inner resources. Mindfulness helps you reground back into the present moment.
Of all the things we teach our children, the value of being present is often over looked. Yet, the ability to embrace the present moment, with kindness and compassion, with no judgement or expectation, is one of the most valuable skills we can share with our future generation.

During a mindfulness class, we take our time to explore ourselves wholly - body, mind, heart and soul.
A class will usually involve a combination of mindful art, mindful movement, meditation and visualization, nature walks and breath work.
Breath work techniques are introduced and taught as an easy way to remind our bodies that they are safe and to help calm ourselves in stressful situations.
All emotions are explored in a safe, judgement-free space through the use of stories, instruments, movement and open discussion.
Having a respect for Mother Nature is emphasized in all classes. Art creations are made using gifts Mother Nature has already dropped for us. Everything we take, is returned to Nature. This also helps us introduce the concept of non-attachment.
Weekly and Monthly Group Classes are available and split into 3 age groups.
Private 1 on 1 Classes are available.
